Journey API for native clients
The Native Journey API lets you run Strivacity’s customer journeys — such as registration, login, or account recovery — directly from your native or headless applications. It provides full control over the flow and UI while leveraging Strivacity’s security and orchestration logic. Use this API when you want to deliver a completely custom front-end experience that still benefits from Strivacity’s managed identity engine.
Simple authentication API
The Simple Authentication API provides lightweight endpoints for authenticating users and validating sessions. It’s ideal for applications that need to perform direct login, logout, or token validation without running a full Strivacity journey. Use this API to embed secure authentication into back-end systems or service-to-service interactions with minimal overhead.

MyAccount APIs
The MyAccount Portal API allows end users to view and manage their own account information from a brand's self-service portal. It supports self-service actions like updating profile details, managing consents, and viewing connected devices. Use this API to extend or customize the MyAccount experience in your own branded applications while maintaining a secure connection to Strivacity’s identity platform.
Administrative APIs
The Strivacity admin portal has two sets of APIs that allow you to configure the product and manage users.
Admin portal API
The Admin Portal API powers the configuration and management capabilities of the Strivacity Admin experience. It enables programmatic control over product instances, policies, branding, journeys, and integrations — the same actions available through the Strivacity Admin UI. Use this API to automate configuration changes, integrate with deployment pipelines, or manage your CIAM environment at scale.
Admin portal - Admin management API
The Admin Management API provides endpoints for managing administrator accounts, roles, and permissions, as well as configuring access to your Strivacity product instance. In addition to governing admin lifecycle tasks — such as adding or removing administrators and assigning roles — this API also supports management of product-wide settings, including event streaming, SMTP and telephony providers, and environment variables and secrets. Use this API to automate and standardize configuration across environments while maintaining strong security and operational control.
