Admin policies

Admin policies allow you to configure and secure the Strivacity Admin Console and administrative accounts.

These policies help you control how administrators authenticate, what they can access, how administrative communications are delivered, and how administrative experiences are branded and monitored.

The following admin policy areas are available:

  • Admin adaptive access
    Configure authentication and risk-based access policies for administrative accounts, including MFA, FIDO2 authentication, and adaptive security controls.

  • Admin branding
    Customize the Admin Console's appearance with your organization's branding, including logos, colors, and footer links.

  • Admin notifications
    Manage email and SMS notifications sent to administrators for security events, password resets, MFA enrollment, and account activity.

  • REST API access policies
    Define and assign granular REST API permissions for administrative clients and integrations.

  • Web analytics
    Configure integrations with supported analytics providers to capture and analyze customer activity across Strivacity-managed experiences.
