Notifications
Strivacity provides built-in notifications to keep your customers informed about account activity and security events.
Notifications can be delivered through:
- Email: via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) or your own SMTP server.
- SMS: via Strivacity's SMS and voice delivery partner, Telesign.
All notification templates are pre-enabled in the default notification policy.
Certain templates can't be disabled because they are essential for self-service account capabilities, such as different account management, account recovery, and multi-factor authentication features.
Essential notification templates are marked as mandatory in the editor view.
