Release support matrix

Strivacity provides support for the current (N) and two preceding (N-1 and N-2) major versions of the product with the following distinctions:

Version	Support Level	Description
N(Current)	Full Support	Active development, new features, enhancements, security patches, and full technical support.
N-1 (Prior Major Version)	Full Support	Same coverage as N. Receives all applicable fixes and security updates. Feature backports may occur if feasible and at Strivacity’s discretion.
N-2 (Two Versions Back)	Maintenance / Limited Support	Receives critical and security fixes only. No new feature enhancements. Customers may be advised to upgrade to resolve certain issues.
N-3 and older	End-of-Life (EOL)	No support, patches, or updates. Continued use is at the Customer’s own risk.
